Iberel Inc. is a US company that sources hard-to-find and discontinued industrial parts for semiconductor and manufacturing plants worldwide. We supply a global chip maker through SAP Ariba and are building a small India desk to support our growing request volume.

What you’ll do

- Check new purchase requests in SAP Ariba every morning and sort them by type
- Research part numbers and find sources and prices from distributors and manufacturers
- Prepare quotes in Ariba for review by our US team
- Follow up with buyers on open quotes and keep a daily tracker in Excel

What we’re looking for

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical (freshers welcome, 0–2 years)
- Comfortable reading part numbers and datasheets
- Explicit written English and good Excel
- Available roughly 7:30 am to 4:30 pm IST, Monday to Friday
- SAP Ariba experience is a plus
