Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
* Generate recent business through customer visits, DSA and channel partner development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers and business partners.
* Drive loan sales across Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans and LAP.
* Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and daily login/disbursement targets.
* Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation and smooth file processing.
Good presentation skills.
Have strong leadership skills.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range staff throughout the company.
Be motivated and results driven.
Experience in a Sales driven organization (/BFSI/Telecom/Insurance/Real Estate)
Working Days:- Monday To Saturday (all 6days)
