1. Check daily stock availability of hardware products.
2. Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP, billing software, or inventory register.
3. Ensure that physical stock matches the system stock.
4. Identify quick-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving products.
5. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchase department about replenishment requirements.
6. Identify negative stock, excess stock, and stock discrepancies.
7. Ensure proper identification and arrangement of every product.
