Order Processing Executive – E-commerce (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra)

Your Work

- Process daily orders on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal and Shopify
- Generate invoices, labels and manifests, and hand over shipments to the courier on time
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing and dispatch
- Handle returns and RTOs by checking items, updating status and raising claims where needed
- Keep stock updated across all marketplaces to avoid cancellations
- Track pending, delayed and cancelled orders and resolve them quickly
- Maintain daily order and dispatch reports in Excel / Google Sheets

What We Need

- 1–2 years of experience in marketplace order processing
- Working knowledge of at least one seller panel (Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra) preferred
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, filters; VLOOKUP is a plus)
- Basic English reading and valuable Hindi communication
- Attentive to detail, punctual and able to meet daily dispatch deadlines
