Job Description: Production Supervisor – Modular FurnitureLocation: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: 3–7 Years

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily factory production of modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and customized furniture while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and minimum material wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Manage workers, machine operations, and material utilization.
- Read AutoCAD drawings and production drawings.
- Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and installation teams.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure factory safety, discipline, and housekeeping.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and materials.
- Understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
- Experience with CNC, cutting, edge banding, and assembly.
- Solid manpower management and problem-solving skills.

Performance Targets: Timely production, high-quality output, minimum wastage, cost control, and on-time dispatch.
