Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, product videos and project updates.
- Develop content strategies to improve brand awareness and online visibility.
- Promote products, completed installations, manufacturing capabilities and company projects.

2. Content Creation & Design

- Independently create social media creatives, product brochures, banners, catalogues and promotional materials.
- Shoot and edit product photographs and videos, including factory operations and completed installations.
- Write qualified captions, product descriptions, website content and marketing copy.
- Use Canva, video editing software and AI tools to create engaging marketing content.

3. Website & SEO Management

- Manage and update the company website, product pages, images and catalogues.
- Work on SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Improve product visibility through relevant industry keywords and content.

4. Digital Advertising & Analytics

- Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising expenditure and cost per lead.
- Analyse website traffic,



engagement, campaign results and marketing enquiries.
- Research competitors, industry trends and new digital marketing opportunities.

5. E-commerce & Online Business Development

- Manage product listings and online catalogues across relevant B2B and e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs and pricing.
- Explore relevant online platforms and digital channels for business promotion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track marketing enquiries and maintain CRM records.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or e-commerce.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of Canva, social media management, SEO and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Basic photography, videography and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and AI-based content creation tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Must be comfortable working in a startup environment, building processes from scratch and adapting to changing business requirements.
- Creative, proactive, organised and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Work LocationSotase Seatings LLP, Fatehpur Beri, Chhattarpur, New Delhi.

Candidates must be able to commute conveniently to Fatehpur Beri or Gurgaon (Gurugram), as required.
