- Knowledge of using measuring and caliberation for instruments and Gauges
- Microsoft Excel , Powerpoint and ERP knowledge
- Analytical Approach( Knowledge of using Statistical Process Control)
- Gauge R&R;(Repeatability and Reproducebility) Awareness
- Knowledge & Use of 7 QC tools
- Knowledge to perform Root Cause Analysis tool.(Ex. Why Why analysis)




- Knowledge and undersatanding to prepare Process Flow,Work Instructions and SOPs
- Team Delegation and Planning
- Written and Oral Communication Skill
- Awareness about Quality Management System(QMS).
- Knowledge and Awareness about 6S, EMS & OHSMS
