Job Description

Bharathidasanar Group of Schools is looking for passionate, creative, dedicated and experienced CBSE Kindergarten and Primary Teachers to join our academic team.

Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, strong classroom management abilities and a sound understanding of CBSE/NCERT foundational learning methodologies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Teach Pre-KG to Grade II students using play-based, activity-based and child-centred learning methodologies.
- Develop foundational literacy, phonics, reading, writing and numeracy skills.
- Encourage spoken English, storytelling, rhymes and interactive classroom communication.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets, teaching-learning materials and engaging activities.
- Develop students' handwriting, vocabulary, pronunciation and reading fluency.
- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, safety and a positive learning setting.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide remedial support where required.
- Conduct age-appropriate assessments and maintain student performance records.




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' learning and development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records and daily reports as per school guidelines.

Qualifications

- Pre-KG / LKG / UKG: Montessori / NTT / D.El.Ed. / ECCE or relevant early childhood education qualification.
- Grade I & II: D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / B.Ed. with relevant graduation and qualifications as per applicable school norms.
- Previous CBSE teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and teaching skills may also apply.
