About the role

We are seeking a experienced Assistant Quality Manager to join our team. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor day-to-day quality control operations across all manufacturing units.

· Coordinate buyer audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.

· Implement quality standards, inspection procedures, and QC parameters.

· Identify root causes, implement CAPA, and reduce quality rejections.

· Monitor KPIs, COPQ, and First Time Right (FTR) performance.

· Train QC teams and coordinate with Production and other departments.

About you:





- At least 5-7 years of experience in the department of Quality Control is necessary
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is necessary
- Previously demonstrated strategic capability with the use of data and performance metrics
- Knowledge of QC tools including CAPA, Why-Why, First Time Right, COQ, etc., is required
- Experience with Audits, Inspections and ISO regulatory compliances is required
- Previous experience in a managerial role is necessary
