Job Description – Order Executive
Department: Order
Position: Order Executive
- Receive and process customer/distributor orders accurately.
- Enter all orders properly.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Store and Dispatch departments.
- Check product availability and confirm order status.
- Prepare and maintain daily order and dispatch records.
- Follow up for pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers/distributors regarding order updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and order-related reports.
- Handle order changes, cancellations and urgent requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in product, quantity, rate and delivery details.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
