About the role
You will be the showroom’s billing and cash control point, making sure every invoice and payment is accurate.

Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate invoices from approved order slips, including rate, weight, making charges and taxes.
- Collect payments by approved modes and keep the cash register.
- Reconcile the day’s cash and payments, and send the daily billing report to the Store Manager and accounts team.
- Record instalment receipts correctly, and pass them to accounts on the same day.
- Keep invoice records in order, and support month-end GST and statutory work.
- Follow strict controls: no unapproved discounts, price changes or adjustments, and no stock handling.

Requirements

- HSC (12th) pass in Commerce. B.Com is preferred.
- Freshers with a commerce background and solid arithmetic may apply. Billing or cashier experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills; billing software and GST knowledge are preferred.
- Marathi and Hindi.
- Honest, accurate and careful with cash.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
