Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and result-oriented Business Manager to lead the end-to-end operations and growth of Paridhan. The candidate will be responsible for building garment collection channels, developing consumer incentive programmes, managing refurbishment operations, expanding retail outlets and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the collection of pre-owned clothes through individuals, communities, institutions and strategic partners.
- Design and execute consumer incentive programmes and marketing campaigns to encourage garment collection.
- Develop partnerships with fashion brands, retailers, NGOs, institutions and other stakeholders to offer discounts, rewards and social incentives.
- Hire and manage designers, tailors and artisans for garment refurbishment, redesign and upcycling.




- Identify locations and establish small-format retail outlets in semi-urban and rural markets.
- Develop business plans, sales strategies, pricing models and expansion plans.
- Manage the overall P&L;, revenue growth, operating costs and profitability.
- Recruit, train and manage teams across collection, marketing, refurbishment, retail and sales.
- Establish operational processes, performance metrics and quality standards to build a scalable business.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Management, Marketing, Retail, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in business operations, retail, apparel, fashion, consumer businesses or entrepreneurship.
- Experience in business development, team management, retail expansion and P&L; ownership.
- Robust commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations from the ground up.

Experience in pre-owned fashion, garment refurbishment, upcycling or sustainable fashion will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
