Job Summary

Fox Life Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, and daily human resource activities. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist with attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
- Support HR policies and administrative activities.
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate with department managers.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR processes.
