Job Title: Visa Filing Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Filing Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of various visa categories, including tourist visas, study visas, and other relevant visa services.

The candidate must be capable of independently handling clients, understanding their requirements, providing accurate guidance, and assisting them throughout the visa application process. Excellent spoken English, a polite attitude, patience, and a client-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle client consultations and visa-related inquiries.

Possess strong knowledge of tourist visas, study visas, and other relevant visa categories.

Understand clients’ profiles, requirements, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable colleges, universities, destinations, or other appropriate options.

Provide accurate and transparent guidance regarding visa eligibility, documentation, application procedures, and requirements.

Assist clients with visa documentation, application preparation, form filling, and submission procedures.

Review application documents carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Guide clients throughout the process and provide regular updates regarding their applications.

Handle client questions, concerns, and queries patiently and professionally.





Maintain a positive relationship with clients and provide proper support at every stage.

Ensure that no false promises or misleading information are provided to clients.

Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the immigration industry is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of tourist visas, study visas, and related visa application processes.

Excellent spoken English, with fluency in Hindi and Punjabi.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Soft-spoken, polite, patient, and professional personality.

Ability to handle clients independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.

Good understanding of client profiling and the ability to recommend suitable options based on individual requirements.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Honest, responsible, and committed to providing correct guidance to clients.
