- HTT LLP runs Yamaha Music Square and The Bangalore Drum Shop, specialist musical instrument stores in Karnataka. We’re a growing business, and we’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who enjoys people, sales and music.
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, staff rosters and store upkeep
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team
- Drive store sales and meet monthly targets
- Help customers find the right instrument, from beginners to professional musicians
- Manage stock: receiving, counts, reorders and displays
- Handle billing, cash and daily sales reports
- Coordinate repairs, servicing and after-sales support
- Support local events, workshops and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Interest in music (playing an instrument is a plus, not a must)
- Good communication in English and the local language
- Comfortable with computers, billing software and basic Excel (Zoho experience is a bonus)
- Organised, reliable and good at leading a small team
- Willing to work weekends and festive seasons

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
