The role requires strong insurance-domain expertise combined with operational leadership, quality management and regulatory awareness. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end specialty insurance claims operations. Ensure technical accuracy across claims-processing activities. Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements. Drive operational efficiency and service quality. Monitor productivity, quality and turnaround-time metrics. Manage escalations and complex operational issues. Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
