Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices. Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching. Review invoice and supporting documentation. Identify discrepancies and obtain necessary information. Maintain accurate accounts-payable records. Support payment-processing activities. Follow accounting controls and procedures. Meet required processing deadlines. Support reconciliation and reporting activities where required. B.Com graduate. Knowledge of key accounting principles and procedures.



Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. Working knowledge of two-way and three-way invoice matching. Excellent attention to detail. 0–2 years of relevant experience; suitable fresh graduates may also be considered. High-volume Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience preferred.
