Role: Senior Manager/ Manager Fundraising, Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Ahmedabad / Mumbai Experience: 5-10 Years Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA Note: Please mention your preferred location. _____________________________________________________ About the role: We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Manager – Fundraising to play a pivotal role across all stages of our fundraising cycle. In this position, you will build a robust funding pipeline to ensure the organization's long-term financial sustainability. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead prospect research, craft compelling proposals, drive outreach, and manage high-value funder relationships. Key responsibilities: End-to-End Fundraising Execution: Conduct thorough research on funding opportunities, draft persuasive proposals, and drive persistent outreach and follow-up activities. Funder Reporting & Deliverables: Collaborate with program and finance teams to create quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports, utilization certificates, and other required funder documentation. Donor Engagement: Plan and execute funder engagement initiatives, including field visits, partner interactions, and employee volunteering programs. Campaigns & Strategy: Organise and execute targeted fundraising campaigns and recommend recent avenues for resource mobilization. Leadership Collaboration:



Work directly with the Fundraising Associate Director and CEO to establish, track, and achieve annual fundraising targets. Qualifications & Experience: Work Experience: 5–10 years of demonstrated success in fundraising, donor management, or resource mobilization, ideally within the education or social development sectors. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential. Research & Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in prospect research, market analysis, and translating data into compelling narratives. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior corporate leaders, CSR heads, and philanthropic boards. Relationship Building & Resilience: High interpersonal intelligence with the ability to maintain diverse funder relationships, manage rejections constructively, and navigate uncertainty. Execution & Diligence: High level of persistence, project management rigor, and attention to detail across outreach, follow-ups, and documentation.
