What you'll do Provide technical support for Oracle HCM
Compensation modules Troubleshoot and resolve compensation
application issues Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation
Collaborate with HR and compensation teams Document processes and
solutions Support upgrades and patches What we're looking for
Essential 4+ years of Oracle HCM Compensation experience Strong SQL
and PL/SQL skills Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Based in Gurgaon
or Indore, India Strong problem-solving skills Nice to have Oracle
certifications Experience with global compensation What we offer
