Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python.
• Build modern, responsive, and high-performing applications using React.js.
• Develop and support real-time systems using WebSockets.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching technologies (Redis/Memcached), and distributed architectures.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, code reviews, and solution delivery.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices. Requirements
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and React.js.
• Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and real-time application development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies.
• Valuable understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience building, deploying,



and supporting production-grade applications.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in large-scale product, consumer-tech, or platform engineering environments.
• Exposure to Fusion.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
