Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, concept-oriented Mathematics lectures for Class XI and XII Science students.
• Prepare students for JEE Main, JEE Advanced and MHT-CET through systematic teaching and exam-focused practice.
• Explain complex mathematical concepts using clear methods, logical reasoning and appropriate problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with the academic calendar and prescribed syllabi.
• Prepare and discuss DPPs, practice sheets, assignments, chapter-wise tests and mock examinations.
• Train students in advanced problem-solving, time management and examination strategies.




• Analyse test performance, identify learning gaps and provide individual academic guidance.
• Maintain lecture records, syllabus completion updates, attendance and student performance reports.
• Collaborate with the academic team to maintain teaching quality, syllabus timelines and assessment standards.
• Mentor students and motivate them to achieve their academic and competitive examination goals. ? Required Qualifications & Skills
• Strong command over Mathematics for Classes XI and XII.
• In-depth understanding of JEE Main, JEE Advanced and MHT-CET syllabi and examination patterns.
• Excellent conceptual explanation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to teach students with different levels of academic understanding.
• Robust classroom management, communication and student-engagement skills.
• Commitment to academic discipline, syllabus completion and continuous student improvement.
• Relevant teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute will be an advantage.| ?
