E. in Mechanical/Electrical + ADIS Job Summary Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE systems at high-rise construction sites, ensuring compliance with statutory, ISO 45001, environmental, and project safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site inspections, HIRA, JSA, and risk assessments.
• Monitor safety compliance for high-risk activities, including work at height and lifting.
• Manage PTW, safety documentation, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, GRIHA, and environmental requirements.
• Support audits, incident investigations, and continuous safety improvement. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices and construction safety.
• Experience in high-rise construction projects preferred.
• Good documentation, communication, and MS Office skills.
