Role Description The Owner role at Milky Mist Dairy is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Owner is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing overall business performance, and ensuring that production, quality, and distribution operations align with the company’s vision and standards. Daily activities include reviewing financial and operational reports, making key decisions on investments and expansions, guiding senior leadership teams, and monitoring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supervising brand and market positioning, nurturing key partnerships,



supporting innovation in product development and technology adoption, and fostering a positive, performance-driven workplace culture. The Owner collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to sustain growth, operational excellence, and long-term value for the organization. Qualifications
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide senior teams and large-scale operations.
• Business and financial management expertise, including budgeting, investment evaluation, risk management, and performance analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG operations, ideally in dairy or food processing, with knowledge of quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building with suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Understanding of market trends, brand positioning, and basic marketing principles to support business growth.
• Ability to drive innovation and technology adoption, particularly in automated or robotics-based production environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building inclusive, ethical, and high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurial, ownership, or senior executive roles within the food or manufacturing sector is highly beneficial.
