Role Description The Lead Full Stack Software Developer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Superfan.ng platform across front-end and back-end systems. This role involves leading technical architecture decisions, implementing scalable and secure features, and optimizing performance for a rich, gamified learning experience. The developer will collaborate with product, design, and content teams to translate cultural learning concepts into intuitive user interfaces and robust services. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, reviewing contributions from other developers, managing deployments, and guiding best practices in software development and documentation.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including designing APIs, managing databases, and integrating third-party services.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills and proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, or similar), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess a track record of leading projects or mentoring developers; familiarity with edtech or cultural content platforms is a plus.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
