Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential merchants and local businesses.
• Introduce Venio's platform and explain its benefits to store owners.
• Assist merchants with registration, onboarding, and platform adoption.
• Conduct field visits and support local market expansion.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with merchants.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team.
• Support sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Maintain daily activity reports and onboarding records. Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.
Com, MBA, B.
Tech, or a related degree. Students from other backgrounds are also welcome.




• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with local shopkeepers and business owners.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with Pune's local markets is an advantage.
• English, Hindi, or Marathi communication skills are preferred. What You'll Gain
