Role & Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end client delivery cycles—from intake to UAT—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-value outcomes aligned to Scrum/Agile tenets.
• Act as primary client liaison, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and translating business needs into sprint-ready backlogs with Product Owners.
• Coach and unblock Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QA) by removing impediments, refining ceremonies, and enforcing Definition of Done.
• Track and report delivery KPIs (Velocity, Cycle Time, Release Burndown) to stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI dashboards.
• Coordinate with global Delivery Leads to align sprints across time zones,



ensuring seamless handoffs and continuous value flow.
• Facilitate retrospectives, adapt process improvements, and scale agile practices through coaching and tooling enhancements. Skills & Qualifications
