Role Description: The Transactional Advisory Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position focuses on supporting and structuring transactions related to the firm’s projects, including financial and commercial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and feasibility studies, preparing business cases and financial models, drafting transaction documents, and coordinating with legal, financial, and technical teams. The strategist will collaborate closely with internal project leaders and external partners to align project objectives with investment and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring transaction performance, preparing reports and presentations for senior management, and contributing to long-term strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis.
• Experience in transaction advisory, project finance, investment analysis, or consulting in infrastructure, real estate, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of contracts, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment relevant to urban development, construction, or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with complex project information.




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Robust stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and finance teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, PMP) are an advantage.
• Prior experience with healthcare, hospitality, transportation, or complex engineering projects is beneficial.
