Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited. The role involves engaging with customers to explain health insurance products, assisting in policy selection, and supporting them throughout the purchase and claims processes. Daily responsibilities include managing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for policy servicing, maintaining accurate records,



and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also includes contributing to local business development activities, promoting wellness-oriented offerings, and providing clear communication to help customers make informed decisions. Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and handle queries professionally.
• Sales and business development aptitude, including basic understanding of insurance products and comfort with meeting defined targets.
• Good organizational and documentation skills to manage policy information, maintain records, and follow standard processes.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with confident interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Comfort with digital tools and systems, including basic proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in health insurance, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, demonstrate integrity, and adapt to a dynamic and wellness-focused work workplace.
