Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will manage and grow customer accounts, identify recent business opportunities in international markets, and support end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to order closure. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking sales performance, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The role also involves assisting in marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, conducting market research,



and participating in customer meetings and training sessions to enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and product knowledge sharing with clients or team members.
• Candidates should have knowledge of fashion or apparel exports, with an understanding of international markets and buyer requirements.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools and basic CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Candidates should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or export-oriented businesses will be considered an advantage.
