Role Description The Deputy Manager Mortgage Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for generating and managing home loan business through lead sourcing, customer referrals, and relationship building with channel partners. The Deputy Manager will meet prospective clients, understand their home financing needs, explain mortgage products and eligibility, and guide them through the application and documentation process. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams for credit appraisal and disbursement, tracking pipeline and conversions, and ensuring timely follow-up for a smooth customer experience. The role also involves achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines,



and providing post-sales service to strengthen long-term customer relationships. Qualifications
• Robust knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and understanding of home loan products and processes.
• Solid grounding in Finance, including basic credit assessment, affordability analysis, and risk awareness.
• Skills in Mortgage Marketing, including lead generation, market mapping, and promotion of mortgage solutions.
• Experience in Mortgage Lending processes, including documentation, coordination with credit teams, and disbursement workflows.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage customer expectations.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in financial services or related sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills to work with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, and email applications).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in mortgage or retail banking is preferred.
