CHR Properties is an advisor-first real estate firm based in Kondapur, Hyderabad, focused on the city's western corridor — Kokapet, Kollur, Tellapur, Narsingi and Neopolis. Our clients are IT professionals, NRIs and HNI investors who want honest, data-backed guidance before making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Our philosophy is simple: Advisor First. Salesperson Never. Content is how we earn that trust at scale. Our reels educate buyers instead of selling to them, and we're now building an in-house production cell. This role sits at the centre of it. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role at our Kondapur office (opposite AMB Mall). You will own the edit for CHR's short-form and long-form video content — turning raw footage from our advisors into premium, educational content that builds the brand and drives enquiries.

What you'll do
• Edit 1–2 short-form reels daily (9:16) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Turn raw talking-head footage into tight, high-retention reels using a Hook → Value → CTA structure
• Design motion graphics — animated icons, data callouts, project comparisons, maps and checklists
• Add accurate, well-styled Tenglish captions (Telugu–English, Roman script)
• Edit property walkthroughs, site visits, market updates and project explainers
• Apply the CHR Brand Guide consistently — colours, typography, logo, layouts and end cards
• Handle sound design — clean voice, music beds and subtle SFX
• Use AI tools daily to edit faster and raise quality




• Maintain an organised footage library, versions and project files Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of short-form video editing experience, with a portfolio of reels you edited yourself
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects for motion graphics (CapCut alone is not enough)
• Hands-on with AI editing tools: auto-captions, silence/filler removal, auto-reframe and speech enhancement (Premiere Pro AI features, CapCut, Descript)
• Experience with AI video and image generation for B-roll and visuals (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo or similar)
• Familiar with AI audio and enhancement tools (ElevenLabs, Topaz or similar), and uses ChatGPT or Claude for hooks and edit planning
• Good understanding of Telugu — enough to cut on speech and caption accurately
• Sharp sense of pacing, hooks and retention, especially in the first 3 seconds
• Taste for clean, premium visuals — think Apple, Ali Abdaal, Think School — and the judgment to know when AI looks cheap
• Comfortable with fast turnarounds, feedback and multiple revisions
• Bonus: colour grading, thumbnail design, or basic shooting on phone/mirrorless Selection Process 1. Telephone screening 2. Virtual interview with HR (Google Meet) 3.
