Role Description The Excel Trainer and Data Analyst will design and deliver training sessions on Microsoft Excel for diverse learner groups, focusing on practical skills such as data entry, formulas, charts, and basic reporting. The role involves creating training materials, exercises, and assessments, and providing one-on-one support to help participants build confidence and proficiency. In addition, the Data Analyst aspect of the role includes collecting, cleaning, and organizing program-related data, preparing reports, dashboards, and visual summaries, and supporting data-driven planning and monitoring activities. The Excel Trainer and Data Analyst will collaborate with program teams to understand information needs and translate them into explicit,



actionable reports. This is an on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables, and basic data analysis).
• Candidates should possess data handling and analysis skills, such as data cleaning, organization, and interpretation for reports and dashboards.
• Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support learners with varied backgrounds.
• Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with program teams, stakeholders, and participants.
• Candidates should possess basic reporting and documentation skills, including preparation of summaries, presentations, and training materials.
• Relevant experience in teaching, corporate training, or capacity-building programs is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Education, or similar) is preferred.
• Familiarity with community development or social sector initiatives, and comfort working on-site in Bhubaneswar, will be an advantage.
