Role Description The Owner at Vietnam AI Stars will lead overall organizational strategy, operations, and growth in an in office capacity based in Pune District. This full-time role includes setting the vision and roadmap for AI-focused initiatives, overseeing program design and delivery for founders, and cultivating relationships with investors, partners, and mentors. The Owner will manage budgets and resources, guide hiring and team development, and ensure high-quality support services for startups. Day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing project progress, making data-informed decisions, mentoring team members and founders,



and representing VAS at industry events and meetings. The role requires a hands-on approach to building sustainable operations while driving innovation and global competitiveness. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in founding, leading, or scaling startups, preferably in AI, technology, or innovation-driven sectors.
• Strong strategic planning and business management skills, including budgeting, operations oversight, and performance tracking.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with investors, mentors, corporate partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, product development, and the startup lifecycle from prototype to investor readiness.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams and founders.
• Comfort working on-site in Pune District and engaging directly with local and international communities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience in entrepreneurial leadership is highly valued.
• Experience in international or cross-cultural business environments and familiarity with Silicon Valley or global startup ecosystems is an advantage.
