BigGen Labs is a multidimensional genomics diagnostics company building an advanced molecular laboratory in New Delhi. We bring genomic science into everyday clinical decisions, accurately, affordably, and at scale, and we are building across six areas:
• Early cancer detection: blood-based tests that find cancer while curative options remain open. Our lead program, HelioLiver™, combines cell-free DNA methylation analysis with established serum protein markers to support hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) surveillance in at-risk adults.
• Precision oncology: molecular profiling that helps oncologists match the right therapy to the right patient and monitor response over time.
• Clinical and population genetics: whole exome sequencing and genetic testing for inherited disease, built on genomic data generated in India, for India.
• Reproductive genetics: non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) to screen for chromosomal conditions, offered in full compliance with the PC&PNDT; Act.
• Infectious disease molecular diagnostics:



real-time PCR and NGS-based testing for faster, more targeted treatment decisions.
• Smart genomics: NGS, real-time PCR, immunochemistry and bioinformatics working as one validated sample-to-report workflow, under quality systems designed to ISO 15189 requirements from day one. We are investing in India-specific clinical validation with leading hospitals and research centers, because evidence generated elsewhere must be proven here. We partner with oncologists, hepatologists, gastroenterologists, obstetricians, geneticists, microbiologists, hospital networks and research institutions who share one belief: precision diagnostics should be accessible, not exceptional.. We are hiring our Chief Medical Officer. You will set medical-use criteria and reporting standards, lead India clinical validation with institutional investigators, build our Scientific Advisory Board, and ensure every claim we make matches the evidence. We are looking for:
• MD in Pathology, Clinical Biochemistry, Medical Oncology, or a related specialty
• 12–18 years in oncology/Genomics or diagnostics and laboratory medicine
