Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at NostrumAI will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution across the organization. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and adaptable work-from-home options. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and overseeing the technology roadmap, guiding architecture decisions for AI platforms and products, and directing software development teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. The CTO will collaborate closely with product, operations, and business leadership to align technology initiatives with company goals, manage technical budgets and vendor relationships, and establish best practices for engineering, data, and infrastructure. The role also involves mentoring senior technical leaders,



driving innovation in AI and cloud technologies, and ensuring robust governance around security, reliability, and compliance. Qualifications
• Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building and scaling complex, production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including defining technology roadmaps, system design, and long-term platform evolution.
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, leading cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering and technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Track record of establishing engineering standards, security practices, and reliable development and deployment processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology) in a high-growth or product-focused environment is highly desirable.
