As we expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Retail Trainer to build capability, consistency, and excellence across our store teams.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability
• Design and deliver training for associates, supervisors and store managers
• Build skills in product knowledge, category selling, cross-selling and upselling
• Embed brand guidelines, service standards and SOPs Store Excellence
• Coach teams on customer engagement, need-based selling and objection handling
• Drive conversion, ticket size and customer satisfaction Coaching & Performance
• Conduct store visits,



on-the-job coaching and role plays
• Identify skill gaps and fix underperforming stores with targeted plans Content
• Create and update training modules, SOPs and quick guides
• Support digital learning Collaboration
• Partner with Retail Ops, HR and Brand teams
• Support store launches and brand rollouts Key Skills & Competencies ● Solid understanding of retail sales, customer experience, and store operations. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to link training to business outcomes. ● High energy, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively.
