You’ll work closely with leadership to build a strong team, streamline HR processes, and foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace. Skills Required
• Experience in HR management or generalist roles, preferably in a creative, digital, or media agency.
• Solid skills in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and basic reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
