We're hiring: Occupational Therapist Synapsium MIND | Worli, Mumbai | Full-time (part-time considered) Synapsium MIND is a new multi-specialist brain health centre for memory, cognition and dementia care, opening in Worli in early 2027. MINDCare360 is our structured programme for older adults, bringing together cognitive stimulation, movement, social engagement, creative activity and everyday-life practice. We're looking for an experienced OT to lead it.

What you'll do
• Lead the design and day-to-day delivery of MINDCare360 group and individual sessions
• Carry out functional assessments (ADL/IADL, home safety, fall risk) and set goals for each participant
• Grade activities to each person's cognitive and physical level
• Guide families and home staff on routines and changes at home
• Train and supervise session assistants; track outcomes and keep programme records
• Work closely with our psychologists,



nursing team and visiting specialists What we're looking for
• MOTh (preferred) or BOTh, with valid professional registration
• 5+ years post-qualification, including at least 3 in geriatric, dementia or neuro-rehabilitation settings
• Experience running group programmes for older adults
• A warm, transparent communicator with older clients and their families; fluent in English and Hindi (another regional language is a plus)
