Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist role at HBeonLabs Technologies Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role involves managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including forecasting demand, planning procurement, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The specialist will monitor inventory levels, track shipments, maintain accurate records, and optimize stock to prevent shortages or excesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data,



identifying process improvements, supporting production and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with company quality and delivery standards. The role also requires collaboration across departments to maintain efficient workflows and support overall business objectives. Qualifications
• Strong Supply Chain Management skills, including procurement planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
• Experience with Inventory Management, stock monitoring, and materials tracking in a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Knowledge of Operations Management principles, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective Communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain software and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in electronics, IoT, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
