Bureau of Human Rights and Justice (BHRJ) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing human rights, justice, dignity, and inclusive development. The organization combines human rights advocacy with technology, data, responsible AI, digital transformation, environmental action, and youth empowerment. Through initiatives such as AI for Impact, BHRJ helps non-profits build practical AI literacy and explore responsible uses of emerging technologies while protecting privacy, human dignity, and community ownership. BHRJ’s partnerships span Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean, including collaborations with the United Nations and the European Parliament, guided by a vision of a more just, inclusive, and resilient world where technology serves people. Role Description This Project is an initiative designed to capture realistic, professional macOS workflows to help train and evaluate AI systems. You will plan, execute, and narrate complex tasks within your specific domain of expertise using professional judgment to produce a complete final deliverable. Rate: $40 to $50 per hour Contract Type: Hourly, Fully Remote What You Will Do
• Plan and propose realistic, complex task ideas within your professional domain using the Studio platform.
• Record and narrate complete workflows lasting between 15 minutes and 45 minutes and 59 seconds.
• Narrate your thought process continuously in English, clearly identifying what action you are taking, where the control is located, and why you are making that decision.
• Use at least three genuine task applications that materially contribute to the final output, unless a specific technical exception applies.
• Create at least one clear,



useful final deliverable that is accurate, readable, and professionally usable by a client or stakeholder.
• Validate and upload four specific files for each task: the MP4 screen recording, a deliverables.zip package, the TaskRecorder zip export, and a completed Metadata.rtf file.
• Configure and maintain a strict technical recording environment, including setting up a separate macOS user account, running Insightful time-tracking software, and utilizing Xcode's Accessibility Inspector.
• Ensure no personally identifiable information (PII), restricted applications, or prohibited AI interactions appear in the recordings. Contract and Payment Terms
• Contributors are expected to aim for a target goal of 2 submitted tasks per week once onboarding is complete.
• The role offers no fixed

working hours

• Payments are distributed via Stripe or Wise, generally settling within 1-2 business days after initiation. Requirements
• Processor: Must use a Macbook with an Apple Silicon M-series processor.
• Operating System: Must run macOS version 15 or newer.
• Memory: 16 GB of RAM is strongly preferred, with 8 GB being the minimum functional requirement.
• Storage: At least 50 GB of free disk space is required for a standard 20-minute recording.
• Connectivity: A stable, high-speed internet connection is required to upload large recording files.
• Expertise: Demonstrated professional experience in an approved domain, such as Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare, Legal, Architecture, or Software Development.
