Company Description: BigGen Labs is building an advanced molecular diagnostics laboratory in Recent Delhi to improve early detection of liver cancer, with a focus on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in high-risk adults. The company’s flagship offering, HelioLiver™, is a blood-based test that integrates cell-free DNA methylation analysis with established serum protein markers to support HCC surveillance. BigGen Labs is building a purpose-built facility that integrates NGS, real-time PCR, and immunochemistry workflows, supported by quality systems aligned with ISO 15189 from day one. The team partners with leading hepatology centers to generate India-specific clinical evidence and designs the entire sample-to-report pathway around clinicians' and patients' needs. BigGen Labs collaborates with specialists, hospital networks, and diagnostic partners committed to making liver cancer surveillance more effective and easier to follow. Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for BigGen Labs, ensuring successful launch and growth of HelioLiver™ and related molecular diagnostics services in India. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi is responsible for setting vision and direction and driving execution across laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, partnerships, and market development. The CEO will oversee financial management, budgeting,



and resource allocation; guide business planning and performance monitoring; and lead cross-functional teams in science, operations, and commercial functions. The role includes building and nurturing relationships with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, hospital networks, diagnostic partners, investors, and regulators, while representing the organization externally. The CEO will foster a culture of quality, ethics, and innovation, aligning all activities with ISO 15189-oriented systems and evidence-based precision oncology practices. Qualifications
• Strong financial management capabilities, including Finance, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, with oversight of complex laboratory or healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and execution, including building and scaling healthcare or diagnostics ventures.
• Track record in Sales, commercial development, and relationship-building with clinicians, hospital networks, and diagnostic partners.
• Expertise in Strategic Planning, market positioning, and long-term growth in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare management, life sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent leadership education is advantageous.
• Experience working with quality and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 15189, NABL, or equivalent), and familiarity with molecular diagnostics or precision oncology is a strong plus.
