Role Description The Property Specialist role at PROPTELIIO is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Property Specialist will manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide detailed information on residential and commercial real estate options. This role includes advising clients on investment opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting documentation and transaction processes. The Property Specialist will maintain accurate property listings, track market trends,



and contribute to sales strategies to grow the client portfolio. Daily responsibilities also include delivering high-quality customer service, building long-term client relationships, and representing PROPTELIIO professionally in the Hyderabad market. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets, particularly in Hyderabad.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
• Ability to understand property investment concepts and advise clients on suitable opportunities.
• Familiarity with real estate documentation, local regulations, and transaction processes.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing client and property records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in real estate or property sales is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
