The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating labor and subcontractors, and ensuring that work progresses according to project plans, timelines, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring material usage, verifying workmanship quality, and reporting progress and issues to project managers or senior engineers. The Supervisor will maintain site documentation, assist with resolving operational challenges, and support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. This position requires consistent presence on the construction site,



effective communication with stakeholders, and proactive problem-solving to keep the project on track. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, including supervision of labor, coordination with subcontractors, and basic understanding of civil/structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work schedules, and instructions, with attention to quality standards and safety requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with engineers, contractors, and site staff, and to provide clear instructions and feedback.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, track daily progress, and prepare brief reports or updates.
• Familiarity with basic health, safety, and environmental practices on construction sites; commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in site supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur full time, with flexibility to adapt to project demands and varying schedules.
• Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role in infrastructure or building projects is preferred.
