Company Description The Indore Cancer Foundation (ICF) was established on December 27, 1988, is a public charitable trust having its flagship project "Indian Institute of Head and Neck Oncology" at Rau, Near IIM Indore. ICF focuses on advancing cancer diagnosis, treatment, and patient support within the region. The foundation works closely with medical professionals and local stakeholders to improve access to modern oncology services and promote awareness about cancer care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radiation Oncologist role based in Indore. The Radiation Oncologist will evaluate patients, establish treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based radiation therapy for various cancer types. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical consultations, reviewing imaging and diagnostic reports, planning and overseeing radiation treatments, and monitoring patient progress and side effects. The role involves close collaboration with medical oncologists, surgeons, physicists, and radiation technologists to ensure safe, accurate, and effective treatment. The Radiation Oncologist will also participate in tumor boards,



contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support educational and research activities within the foundation. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training in oncology and patient-centered clinical care.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cancer Treatment, including multidisciplinary management of solid and hematologic malignancies.
• Advanced skills in Radiation and Radiation Therapy, including treatment planning, dose optimization, and safety protocols.
• Recognized medical degree (MD/DM or equivalent) in Radiation Oncology, with valid registration from the MP medical council.
• Proficiency in interpreting imaging and diagnostic tests, and using treatment planning software and radiotherapy equipment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care.
• Interest in teaching, research, or continuous career development in oncology is highly beneficial.
