Role: Senior Data Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Snowflake, ETL, and Kafka to design and deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive data platform optimization, enable batch and near-real-time (NRT) data integration, and ensure platform reliability through effective monitoring, observability, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures.
- Drive data platform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and support batch and near-real-time (NRT) data pipelines.
- Design and support Kafka-based streaming and event-driven solutions.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and proactive issue management.
- Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and production support.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong expertise in Data Architecture and Data Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Robust knowledge of Apache Kafka and Event Streaming.
- Expertise in SQL, Advanced SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience in monitoring, observability, incident management, and production support.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and collaboration.
- Exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to data modernization initiatives.
