Hiring: Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, oversee service delivery, and identify growth opportunities across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Understand client business priorities, challenges, and objectives.

• Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, sales, and leadership teams.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.

• Support proposals and strategic initiatives for existing accounts.

• Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality, and timelines.

• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Track account financials, including billing, collections, profitability, and forecasting.

• Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups.

• Conduct regular business reviews and prepare account performance reports.

• Maintain accurate account documentation and records.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.





• MBA preferred.

• 5–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management.

• Experience in a services-based organization preferred.

• Proven experience managing enterprise clients and complex service delivery engagements.

• Robust understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and contract management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
