Role Description The Business Development and Lead Generation Executive is an on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying current leads, conducting targeted market research, and building a strong sales pipeline. The role involves reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting company services, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.



Daily tasks include maintaining lead databases, preparing basic sales reports, collaborating with marketing to align outreach efforts, and fostering long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong lead generation capabilities, including identifying and qualifying new leads.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for client outreach, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Foundational sales skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, and follow-up.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Good command of English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms.
- Prior experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales is preferred.
