- Strategic Operations: Lead day-to-day hospital operations and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery across hospital facilities.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, operating costs, revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L; performance.
- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand healthcare services, improve patient volumes, and support the hospital group's growth strategy.
- Clinical Coordination: Work closely with medical leadership to ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, emergency services, ICU, operating theatres, diagnostics, pharmacy, and other clinical departments.
- Patient Experience: Improve patient satisfaction, service standards, complaint resolution, and the overall patient journey.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, clinical governance standards, patient safety protocols, and internal policies.
- People Management: Lead hospital administrators, department heads, and support teams; establish performance targets and strengthen accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs, streamline workflows, optimise resource utilisation, and implement process improvements.
- Infrastructure & Procurement:



Oversee facilities management, equipment utilisation, procurement, inventory control, and vendor performance.
- Reporting & Governance: Present regular operational and financial performance reports to senior management and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing a multispecialty hospital or multiple hospital facilities.
- Strong understanding of hospital financial management, P&L;, operational KPIs, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.
- Experience in business development, service expansion, and improving hospital profitability.
- Previous experience in a corporate hospital group or a multi-location healthcare organisation is preferred.
