Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across applications and technology platforms.

Drive application architecture, modernization, scalability, and technical standards.

Lead engineering teams across development, integration, DevOps, QA, and application support.

Establish SDLC governance, CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps practices.

Ensure application reliability, production stability, disaster recovery, and technology risk management.

Manage technology roadmaps, engineering resources, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

15+ years of technology/engineering experience.

Robust experience in enterprise application architecture and large-scale engineering delivery.

Expertise in Java/.NET, APIs, microservices, cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Capital markets, stock broking, trading platforms, OMS/RMS experience preferred.

Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and business-critical technology platforms.
