Site Execution & Progress Management: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, milestones, and master schedules.
Quality & Material Control: Inspect incoming construction materials (e.g., steel, cement, aggregates, fixtures) for compliance with standards; monitor storage and usage to minimize waste.
Drawing & Specification Compliance: Ensure all structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works are executed strictly per approved drawings and technical guidelines.
Labor & Contractor Coordination: Supervise in office workforce, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and coordinate specialized subcontractors.
Health & Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety regulations, ensure mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and conduct safety briefings to prevent hazards and accidents.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track labor attendance, record equipment usage, and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Project Manager.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot on-site technical difficulties, material shortages, or design clashes swiftly to prevent project delays.
